Quanopt team won the first prize at the ingatlan.com data visualization challenge of Budapest BI Forum 2016.
The dataset contained almost 400k advertisements from 2015 and 2016 and around 80k adversitement listeners created by the users.
Our submission ("Sell or rent?") is available online. It consists of a static page summarizing the main findings:
and a click-and-point dashboard where users can filter the listings according to their main parameters like size, district, heating, etc.
The team consisted of János Oláh, Flórián Deé, Gergő Kincses, Nóra Lengyel, Imre Kocsis and László Gönczy.
